CRPO Aligned Supervision
Our Approach to Student Supervision and Ethical Practice At Cherry Tree
Our Clinical Supervisors meet the criteria for clinical supervision as defined by the CRPO. You can review and inform yourself on supervision requirements by reviewing the items below.
Our team of supervisors are available to work with practitioners who have met their academic, licensing and full graduation requirements. We do not provide individual or dyad supervision services for students who have not yet completed their practicum training. By supporting students in completing their educational journey prior to entering the field, we aim to contribute to the development of confident, competent, and ethically grounded professionals who are fully prepared to meet the needs of their clients. We welcome requests from practitioners who have completed their academic training and practicum requirements.

EXTERNAL SUPERVISION: If you are a student or practicum host seeking external supervision for your placement site, we urge you to carefully review your College and academic institution’s policies and regulations on outsourcing supervision. We do not provide external supervision for placement sites. Many practicum sites do provide internal supervision at no additional cost to the student.
Upcoming Fall Clinical Supervision Groups
Women’s Health & Wellness/Perinatal Supervision Group (2 group options)
Imagine leaving a supervision session feeling completely seen, heard and deeply connected to the women in attendance. As women and as therapists, we instinctively know how to nourish one another. This group offers you a unique opportunity to develop and refine your therapist identity, grow your clinical skills, embrace your vulnerability, celebrate your unique femininity and womanhood and find community. Together, we will celebrate and share our successes and wins in the work as well as find support for our toughest cases.
In this group, we will acknowledge and challenge patriarchal norms, assumptions and oppressive systems that keep us feeling small and inadequate. We will come together to help, care for and support one another and understand how we can take care of ourselves in this work, replenish, restore and protect ourselves against burnout. This group is a place for gentle, collective empowerment and a place to feel alive, seen and valued. All women-identifying therapists are welcome to apply.
Group 1: Facilitated by Cree Lambeck (RP, Clinical Supervisor)
Scheduled monthly | 90-minute sessions | $85 per session per participant
Thursdays 1:00pm-2:30pm on September 18th, October 16th, November 13th, December 11th, and January 8th
Group 2: Facilitated by Shabana Omar (RP, Clinical Supervisor)
Scheduled monthly | 90-minute sessions | $85 per session per participant
Tuesdays 6:30pm-8pm on September 23rd, October 21st, November 18th, December 9th, and January 6th
