Clinical Consultation
& Supervision Services

Who helps the helpers? Therapists need therapists too.

To thrive in this work, we need to have diligent self-care, strong relationships and trusted sources of consistent support.

We need to share the joys, sorrows and surprises of all that we witness with our colleagues who have been there.  We need to lean on each other when the work is heavy and to know we are still connected, even when working independently. This is how we practice in healthy and sustainable ways.

Our Supervision Team

All of our Clinical Supervisors meet the criteria for clinical supervision as defined by the CRPO.

Join Our Supervision Groups

Supervision, Consultation and Mentorship

Unlock the power of supervision, consultation, and mentorship within our inclusive community of students, RP (Qualifying) members, RPs, recent graduates, and seasoned mental health professionals. Join us for an enriching Reflective Supervision/Consultation experience.

Within the safe haven of our circle, we candidly address the unique challenges of our profession. It's a space where you can learn, explore, ask questions, take measured risks, and foster collaborative connections. Our intention is to cultivate a diverse and welcoming learning environment that embraces authenticity and offers a platform to share your successes and struggles. Here, vulnerability is not just accepted; it’s encouraged, respected and valued.

Our relational supervision approach weaves together feminist, anti-oppressive, post-modern and humanistic processes. Our supervision circles offer a nurturing community and a soft place to land as you navigate the ever-evolving landscape of this work. Let’s grow and learn together.

  • Imagine leaving a supervision session feeling completely seen, heard and deeply connected to the women in attendance. As women and as therapists, we instinctively know how to nourish one another. This group offers you a unique opportunity to develop and refine your therapist identity, grow your clinical skills, embrace your vulnerability, celebrate your unique femininity and womanhood and find community. Together, we will celebrate and share our successes and wins in the work as well as find support for our toughest cases.

In this group, we will acknowledge and challenge patriarchal norms, assumptions and oppressive systems that keep us feeling small and inadequate. We will come together to help, care for and support one another and understand how we can take care of ourselves in this work, replenish, restore and protect ourselves against burnout. This group is a place for gentle, collective empowerment and a place to feel alive, seen and valued. All women-identifying therapists are welcome to apply.

  • Join our supervision group for therapists dedicated to building an ethical, sustainable, and environmentally conscious practice rooted in nature-based therapy principles. We believe in decolonizing therapeutic approaches and fostering equity within our work. By integrating ecotherapy principles, we aim to cultivate a deeper connection to the natural world while honouring diverse perspectives and promoting social justice. Together, we'll explore how to implement sustainable practices in our therapy sessions, minimizing our environmental footprint and maximizing our positive impact on the planet.

Climate anxiety, existential dread and global health fear are on the rise. As therapists, we hold an ethical responsibility to support global citizens as they and we experience life in a time of climate crisis. Changing weather patterns, flooding, forest fires, and the loss of animal habitat create worry and dread - in ourselves and our clients. Together, we will explore how to meet clients where they are in processing the unpredictability of these uncertain times and to hold and empower each other in moving from awareness to action.

Clinically, we will explore nature-based therapy models, engage in resource sharing, review cases and build community. This group is designed to support therapists who are actively practicing or planning to launch outdoor therapy programming. Training, clinical experience and/or certification in walk & talk therapy is required.

  • Introducing a sanctuary for therapists seeking connection, community, and continuous growth. In our nurturing space, you will find inspiration, purpose, and unwavering support as you navigate your therapeutic journey as a practitioner. We understand the importance of validation and offer a platform where your experiences are honoured and celebrated. Through collaborative supervision, we foster professional development while prioritizing your well-being. Together, we can thrive in our shared commitment to nurturing both ourselves and our practice.

“ Therapists are never ‘done’ with growth; they are simply people who should be dedicated to learning as much about themselves and others as they possible can. The best therapists are fully human and engage in the struggles of life. Our own failures help us to remain open to the struggles of others; our personal victories give us the optimism and courage to inspire those struggling with their lives. ”
