Meet Rachel Gibbs, MSW
Registered Social Worker, she/her
“I honour every client’s story and path with compassion and integrity, ensuring that clients feel that I am walking alongside them in their journey.“
Rachel is currently accepting new clients with no wait times for online or in-person (Dundas/Hamilton) and has daytime and some evening availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
“Struggling with your mental health doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. You don’t have to navigate it alone.”
Rachel offers compassionate, evidence‑based therapy for adults and families, both virtually and in person.
She supports clients across a range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, panic, perfectionism, women‑specific challenges (including maternal and perinatal health), and major life transitions.
Imagine a space where your experiences are met with genuine understanding, your strengths are honoured, and your story matters. That is the environment Rachel strives to create — a therapeutic space grounded in trust, connection, and respect.
Rachel knows there is a story many people carry about mental health — that it means weakness or something to endure alone. She is here to gently rewrite that story with you.
In sessions with Rachel, you can expect:
A warm, compassionate presence where your experience is truly seen and heard.
Evidence‑based care that includes thoughtful goal‑setting and skill‑building.
Support with reconnecting to yourself, clarifying what matters most to you, and moving forward with intention.
Rachel believes that before strategies and structure, there must be connection. Real healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. She walks alongside her clients with integrity and care, tailoring her approach to your unique needs, pace, and humanity.
If you’ve been carrying things on your own for too long, if you’re tired of feeling like you must have it all figured out before reaching out, Rachel invites you to come as you are.
Rachel is currently accepting new clients with no wait times for online or in-person (Dundas/Hamilton) and has daytime and some evening availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
