Three to See is a structured mini-series of three counselling sessions designed to help you get familiar with therapy before committing. Consider it your sample-sized introduction—no pressure, no strings attached.

What if I start therapy and feel pressured to keep going forever?
What if it’s awkward, or I don’t click with my therapist?
What if I’m not even sure what I need help with yet?
What if opening up feels too big to handle?

What Makes It Different From Just Booking Three Sessions?
Clarity and Structure: You’ll follow a clear plan, with intentional goals for each appointment, so you never feel like you’re just winging it.
Reserved Appointments: All three sessions are booked up front so you don’t lose momentum.
Guided Reflection: You’ll get dedicated time to reflect and decide what comes next.
Intro Series Only: Designed exclusively for new clients to try therapy confidently.

What to Expect With Billing
Along with your Three to See series, you’ll get a complimentary 30-minute add-on session to use as a wrap-up or planning time. You can choose to use this extra time during your third session or save it for one follow-up appointment within a month.
You’ll pay as you go, session by session. Most insurance providers reimburse each session individually—receipts are issued after each appointment so you can submit them easily.
You don’t need to book a separate Meet & Greet to get started unless you’d like to.
What Happens After Session Three?
At the end of your final session, we’ll walk you through a simple decision-making process to help you figure out what feels right next—without any pressure.
You might feel:
Complete and ready to pause or take your insights forward on your own.
Ready to continue, and your therapist can reserve ongoing appointments to keep the momentum going.
Unsure, and we’ll talk it through together, share recommendations, and help you decide what’s best.
Whether you decide to continue or not, you’ll leave with more clarity about yourself and a roadmap for next steps.
What if My Issues Are Really Complex?
It’s okay to have a lot going on. For these sessions, we’ll choose one area of focus so you can experience how therapy works in a manageable way.
