A Growing Movement

The world of therapy is shifting.

Many of us are feeling it. The discomfort, the fatigue, the sense that the way we’ve been taught to work is no longer aligned with the values that brought us into this field.

We’re seeing more burnout.
More loneliness.
More competition than community.
And a growing hunger for something different.

Therapists for Change is an emerging home for that longing.

Cree Lambeck, RP
(Clinical Supervisor)

Co-held by Cree Lambeck (Cherry Tree Counselling) and Heather Hendrie (True Nature Wilderness Therapy), this space is being built gently and intentionally, as a place for therapists to connect, reflect, and belong.

This isn’t a program or a marketing funnel.
It’s not a referral network or a hustle container.

It’s a relational space for therapists who want:

  • Community instead of isolation

  • Collaboration instead of competition

  • Sustainability instead of hustle

  • Reciprocity instead of hierarchy

  • Care…for clients and for ourselves

If your system exhales reading this, you’re in the right place.

Why Therapists for Change?

So many clinicians are naming the same things:

“I feel lonely in this work”.
”I want therapist relationships that are generous, collaborative, and real.”
”I am tired of competition. I want community.”
”There must be a slower, more sustainable way to practice.”

We hear you.

We’re feeling it too.

Therapists for Change is being shaped in response to what therapists are longing for: spaces of belonging, reflection, and reciprocal support.

Half-Day Winter Supervision Intensive (NEW)

With Cree Lambeck (Clinical Supervisor) & Heather Hendrie (Facilitator, BC)
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27th, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST; 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PST)
COST: $325 +HST per participant

Supervision, slowed down.

Join us for a rich, restorative half-day experience designed for therapists who crave more spaciousness — to pause, turn inward, and reflect in a deeply supported way.

This 4-hour seasonal intensive offers something distinct: the time and rhythm to settle in. Co-facilitated by Cree Lambeck and Heather Hendrie, it blends CRPO-eligible supervision with intentional mentorship, grounded community, and space for deep integration.

Perfect for therapists who long for a slower pace to reconnect with their own wisdom.

This is a companion space to your individual, dyad or group supervision practices. Think of it as a seasonal retreat for your supervision practice.

Expect grounding. Expect renewal.

Leave feeling resourced, witnessed, and reconnected to the heart of your work.

  • Earn 4 clinical supervision hours (CRPO-eligible)

  • A small, closed group — space to go deeper, not broader and truly care for yourself alongside your clients.

  • Rooted in our nature & nurture supervision model.

  • Especially supportive for therapists in:

    • Perinatal, perimenopause and women focused work

    • Trauma, grief, or identity-focused practice

    • Eco-therapy or and nature based frameworks

    • Safe and effective use of self expansion

  • Space to reflect, reset, and return to your work with intention

You don’t have to do this work alone.

There is a way to practice that feels grounded, relational, ethical, and connected. A way that honours both clients and clinicians.

If you’ve been longing for that, for community, for a slower and more humane way of being in this work:

Welcome.

We’re glad you’re here.
