COMPASSIONATE PERIMENOPAUSE AND MENOPAUSE SUPPORT IN DUNDAS, ONTARIO

You Deserve a Map For This

This season can feel confusing without solid answers or the right support.

Things are changing: your mood, your energy, your sleep, your focus, your sense of self.
And no one really handed you a clear way through it.

You don’t have to piece it together alone.

At our Dundas Menopause Clinic, we offer compassionate, informed support to help you understand what’s happening and feel more like yourself again.

Menopause Support That Meets You Where You Are

At our Dundas Menopause Clinic, we offer counselling and support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. All our therapists below have advanced training in perimenopause and menopause support.

Our approach considers the emotional, physical, and relational impact of this season, so you can feel more grounded, informed, and supported.

This isn’t about pushing through or “fixing” yourself.
It’s about understanding what’s changing and having support that makes sense of it.

A Different Kind of Care

We believe menopause care should feel:

  • Informed, not dismissive

  • Compassionate, not rushed

  • Collaborative, not one-size-fits-all

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to be sure what’s happening.

We can start exactly where you are.
