Preparing for Your Meet & Greet or Connection Call

If you’ve booked a free 15-minute meet & greet call with one of our therapists or a connection call with our Client Care Coordinator, here’s what to expect:

  • We will call you at the number you provided.

  • Please keep your phone handy and ringer turned on.

  • Our clinic name or “No Caller ID” will appear on your Call Display.

The purpose of the meet & greet is for you to meet your therapist to determine best fit for the needs and goals you are bringing to therapy. Connection calls are for our Client Care Coordinator to match you with a therapist.


Preparing for Your First Session

Please take a moment to review the following before your first session.

THE INTAKE FORM: You’ll receive an intake form from Jane, our secure booking system. This form should be completed before your first session. If you run into any issues accessing it, just call or email us and our admin team will be happy to help.

CONFIRM YOUR COVERAGE: Our therapists’ titles are RP (Registered Psychotherapist), RP (Qualifying), RN (Registered Nurse) Psychotherapist, CNP (Certified Nurse) Psychotherapist, or RSW (Registered Social Worker). Insurance plans cover these credentials differently. It is important to check your benefits in advance to avoid any surprises. Please call your provider to be sure.

PLANNING AHEAD: Your therapist will book you into a recurring weekly or bi-weekly timeslot that works for you. Please consider your preferred days and times.
