Our Fees
Each provider in our practice is responsible for setting their own rates.
Current rates for our counselling and psychotherapy services range from $140.00 - $200.00 per session.
Our Affordable Therapy program is available for those who are experiencing financial difficulty and meet eligibility criteria.
Insurance Coverage
If you plan on claiming your therapy sessions under your health plan, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider before your first session, to ensure they will cover our services.
Psychotherapy is not publicly funded under OHIP in Ontario, unless delivered under a psychiatrist or General Practitioner (GP). Most insurance companies, however, do include counselling within their coverage packages.
You will need to verify that your unique provider reimburses services delivered by a Registered Psychotherapist and/or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), this is different than a Registered Psychologist or General Practitioner. Even when this service does not appear on the list, many clients have been successful in calling their company to verify and/or sending in receipts.
Investing in Therapy
Investing in therapy services is a decision that can greatly improve your quality of life and relationships.
While our therapists have established rates, we offer flexibility in adjusting appointment frequency to align with your needs and monthly budget. We have an Affordable Counselling Program for clients without a benefits plan that provides reduced rates for those who are eligible.
Many workplace extended health care plans offer coverage for therapy services. Please check carefully with your provider to determine if our fees are eligible for reimbursement.
If your benefits plan provides limited coverage, we encourage you to explore the benefits of short-term therapy. Brief therapy can empower you with effective strategies to enhance your quality of life by managing challenges more effectively.
For your convenience, we accept payments via credit card, or e-transfer. You will receive a detailed receipt following your session.
