Peer Power: Students Leading the Mental Health Movement

If you’re unsure, confused, or uncertain about being a youth leader and what that means, you’re not alone.

In this presentation, we will explore the intersection of global leadership and mental health, addressing the challenges young individuals often face in today's interconnected world. We'll discuss the importance of youth mental health, the power of our thoughts, social and peer support, what makes a good leader, and how to be a mental health leader among your peer group, as key components of effective global leadership.
